Cosplay Mechanics

• Open to any age
• Registration Fee: ₱300
• Props allowed to fit the portrayed character
• Prohibited props: Real weapons or materials that may threaten safety
• Using another person as props is allowed
• Background music, if any, must be saved on USB and submitted to the sound system/DJ before the program
• No categories
• Call time: 3:00 PM
• Program starts: 4:00 PM
• Each cosplayer has 2 minutes on stage
• Winners announced right after judging

Judging Criteria

• Visual Appeal – 30%
• Creativity – 30%
• Stage Presence – 20%
• Theme Adherence – 20%

Prizes

• Winner – ₱5,000 + Gift Certificate
• 1st Runner-Up – Gift Certificate
• 2nd Runner-Up – Gift Certificate

Trick or Treat Mechanics

• Open to kids aged 3–12 years
• Registration Fee: ₱300
• Includes kid’s meals and other treats

• Creativity – 30%
• Stage Presence – 20%
• Theme Adherence – 20%

Prizes

• Winner – ₱2,000
• 1st Runner-Up – Gift Certificate
