October 29–31 – Olongapo Mardi Gras 2025

The city comes alive from October 29 to 31, 2025, for the Olongapo Mardi Gras, one of the most colorful street celebrations. This three-day event transforms the Magsaysay Drive area into a street party filled with lights, laughter, and local pride.

The much-awaited Subic Bay Food Fest 2025 opens on October 30, 2025, at its new venue - Mini Golf Course Grounds (formerly Subic Bay Boardwalk Grounds).
This year’s edition promises an upgraded food experience, complete with live bands, interactive booths, and local delicacies that highlight the flavors of Subic Bay.

The festival also aligns with the SBMA Halloween Special, blending culinary delights with festive Halloween fun. Visitors can expect a dynamic mix of food, music, and entertainment that perfectly captures the spirit of the season.

October 30 - SBMA Halloween Celebration

In the evening, the spotlight shifts to the SBMA Halloween Celebration, featuring a thrilling lineup of Halloween-themed competitions and activities across Subic Bay Freeport. 

Highlights Include:

Float Competition – Open to individuals or groups (up to 3 organizations) from Subic Bay, Bataan, and Zambales. 

Halloween Shack Competition – For SBMA employees only, transforming the former Mini Golf Course into a Halloween wonderland. Shack displays open for public viewing from October 24–31, 2025.

Halloween Costume Contest – Exclusive for SBMA employees, showcasing the most creative and spooky costumes.

Halloween Décor Contest – For tourism-related establishments within Subic Bay. 

Spooky House Contest Trick or Treat Extravaganza – For Subic Bay Freeport Zone residents. A community-wide celebration featuring family-friendly activities and haunted attractions.

October 31 – Subic Bay HauntFest 2025: Hop-On Hop-Off Trick or Treat

Halloween day brings one of the most anticipated family events - the Subic Bay HauntFest 2025: Hop-On Hop-Off Trick or Treat happening on October 31, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

This exclusive event for hotel guests offers a fun and spooky adventure around the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Guests can ride between participating establishments - including top hotels, cafés, and restaurants - each transformed into a haunted stop filled with treats, surprises, and Halloween decorations.

Rumor has it, these stops are loaded with sweets… but beware they might be haunted!

This initiative celebrates community spirit, encouraging family-friendly fun while highlighting the creativity of Subic Bay’s hospitality sector.
